I can't quite make the license plates from the cars seen in this video, but it looks like this incident happened in the U.S. or in Canada. The tan metallic Infiniti is the first of the cars you see, and along with a white Volvo XC90, it's trying to cross an intersection at roughly the same time, from opposite directions. Read more »
