Rolls-Royce sells around 100 cars per year in Russia, according to a recent report published by Bloomberg. It also states that the Anglo-German carmaker is not standing still, and is planning to increase that figure with the introduction of the sporty Wraith coupe, just as the country is planning to impose higher taxes on vehicles costing more than the equivalent of $154,700.
