As if living and working in New York and being an expert in music licensing law wasn't cool enough, lawyer Bob Kohn has now transcended to the status of super cool, in this Kat's opinion, by filing a friend-of-the-court five page brief in comic book format, opposing a settlement in e-book price-fixing case U.S. v. Apple Inc., 12-cv-02826.
